Berg was going to be beheaded regardless
In war, the saying goes, there are no winners. On Tuesday, a loser in the Iraq war was Nick Berg.

He was used as an object lesson for all of us "evil Americans". My heart goes out to the family for their loss. My thoughts also turn to why Berg was in Iraq to begin with.

The answer was simply profit.
