Don't be stupid? The article is written by a mac zealot who loves to bash Microsoft. He is not a credible person, and he seem to be quite arrogant about virus programming also. You can easily write viruses for the Mac also, it is just that John Gruber is not smart enough to do that, so he just come up with a logic to explain why Macs do not have enough number of viruses. By the way, there are also viruses for the Macs, but not significant enough to be reported. So big anti-virus companies do not hear enough, since many mac users prefer macs for its ease of use, so they are technically challenged, and they have no idea how to deal with these problems. Many simply reinstall the whole thing, something they used to from mac os 8,9 era.
