TLK Training Guide- Asian

First off, lets say you can always change the guide a bit to your own needs and if you dont reach the goals I set at their times then there is nothing to be worried about at all, you will just be a few ticks behind and thats nothing to be ashamed of, its just bad luck usually. (or a bad internet connection :P)
Basically, if all goes as planned and you dont run into a random hero or commander injury, this should get you to Marquess within 3 days, as long as you dont miss too many training runs (dont have your troops sitting and doing nothing while they could be recovering from training injuries, and ONLY start your traiinng runs when you have them all healed up (you can forceheal units if needed if you have the gold to do it, early on you will NOT have that gold though.))

Ok, at Private, get your first hero and equip him with a Leather Armor.
Then, go to Castle, and recruit 7 Fighters.
Start training by patrolling the market. Once any unit injures, go to encampment page and dismiss that unit, then go to castle page and hire as much fighters as you can again to fill up, and continue training by patrolling the market. (never dismiss heroes though).
Once you rank up, go to castle and again recruit up to the maximum amount of fighters you can have, then continue training this same way.
Once a Hero ranks up, give him this equipment:

1st and 2nd Hero:
reaching Lvl 2: nothing
Lvl 3: Mu Lo (shield, find it under armors)
Lvl 4: Lamellar Bronze Helm (helmet, find it under armors)
Lvl 5: Machete (Weapon, find under Foot Strength)
Lvl 5: Horse (Find under Other)
Lvl 6: Bandages (Find under Other)
Lvl 8: Pata (Foot Strength)
Lvl 9: Brigandine (Armors)

Lvl 18: Piao Ch'iang (Armors)
Lvl 20: Sell Scale Armor
Lvl 20: Shan Wen Jia (Armors)
Lvl 21: Incense (Other)
Lvl 23: Sell Pata
Lvl 23: Dha (Foot Strength)
3rd hero will get different setup entirely, we will get to that a bit later, same for Hero Skills, they are discusses later on but should be looked at once your hero reaches 600 XP (right after reaching Lvl 6, scroll down further to read what to do then)

When a unit ranks up, go to encampment page and immediately promote him to his next rank
(apprentice fighter becomes standard, becomes veteran, then standard swordsmen, and later upto master duelists)

Use this until you reach Lieutenant (first Blue rank)
On Lieutenant, get your 2nd hero (starts at lvl2), and from this rank on ou can have a negative income, so you can (and must, really) get a lot more units then before. At this rank you can have -310 wage, so mak use of that, and get (and keep) as close to it as possible while training and dismissing your injured troops all along the way.
Keep on going at this rate until you reach the rank of Captain**.
At this point you first make sure you have 45 fighters/swordsmen total. 1 more or less is no big problem, but try to be around this amount.
IMPORTANT: From here on NEVER dismiss a unit anymore unless noted otherwise in here.
continue training until you have about 15 units standing, and keep promoting your units as you go. Wait a few ticks for them to heal up, then go again right at the beginning of the tick until about 15 are left standing (training beyond that gets the risk of injuring your commander or even losing the fight to become too big).
Continue this until you reach General (first Green rank)
On General, first get your 3rd hero. This one will be your Duelist hero, he will have a total different setup as your other 2 heroes have, being less focussed on healing and more on winning the duels he keeps getting while training (scroll down for his gear list and skill list)
Reaching General*:
Use all your trainer XP here (at Armory, select a hero and click Training Field, distibute it so that your LOWEST ranks get JUST enough to rank up, and keep doing that for every hero you have and all their training pool-xp is gone. After that, promote them all and continue ranking. At this rank you will need a border to train at, which you should usually have but ranking on border is a LOT harder (just warning you, training will go slower here until you reach Vice Marshal or so). Stop your training runs here at about 17 units standing instead of 15 like before. Keep putting the Trainer XP onto your units after each training run, at least until you reach Count.
